Her HBCU Capstone Project
This was one of Tiana's first innovatiations that started her career in digital marketing.
The purpose of this virtual conference was to provide a space for minorities of
Her Campus members to openly express the hardships, growth potential, and career journeys of black women in the media.

This conference has now been held for 3 years since Tiana
co-founded it.
