Meet Tiana Ruffin, an inventive creative with over 4 years of hands-on client experience. She has orchestrated captivating campaigns, designed stunning visuals, and crafted compelling content for high-profile clients, including movie director Anthony Hemingway and emerging artist Toosii, along with over 40 unique brands.

 

Tiana's skill set spans photography, graphic design, video production, and community building. As the founder of TNM Creative, she transformed her baby from a creative agency established in 2018 to a now, a dynamic design studio.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Marketing from Hampton University, Tiana is a proud alumna. During her tenure, she was the sole Public Relations/Communications Intern at ESSENCE Communications in Brooklyn, New York. As the Campus Correspondent of Her Campus HamptonU, she achieved an ELITE chapter ranking and founded the first virtual Her HBCU Conference. Post-graduation, Tiana worked as a freelance PR Agent for ABF Creative's Podcast, Kwanzaa Time!, and Junior Publicist for Intel Media Group + Sheila Harris Brand Management.

In 2021, Tiana dedicated herself full-time to running TNM Creative, expanding her team with young creatives specializing in brand strategy, project management, copywriting, and graphic design. With nearly two years of agency leadership at the end of 2023, Tiana continues cultivating growth, attending conferences, and staying updated on industry trends to provide clients with top-notch growth strategies.
